Registration for the Pennsic Choir Now Open!

Welcome to the Known World Choir at Pennsic, also known as the Pennsic Choir! This year the Choir will be directed by Lady Siri Toivosdotter from the Midrealm, this is her first time directing the Choir. In the real world, Lady Siri has over 30 years of Music/Choral Education experience, working with pre-schoolers to adult choirs, and currently serves as the Director of Music at Detroit Country Day Junior School in a suburb north of Detroit. Registration Click here to register for the Pennsic Choir. Pre-registration is not required, but it does help the director to plan.

Disabilities Services at Pennsic

The Pennsic Staff welcomes the participation of those gentles with disabilities.

Reasonable attempts will be made to honor and fulfill any requests for basic accommodations and services as we attempt to make the Pennsic experience a good one for everyone.

Pennsic is a primitive camping event, and access to modem facilities is limited, so please plan accordingly.

For more information regarding requests, service animal, and parking, see the full page here: http://pennsicwp.org/departments/disabilities-svcs/

Trailer storage at Cooper’s Lake

If you have a trailer stored at Cooper’s Lake and recently received a letter about your trailer, do not panic. Yes, the Coopers are discontinuing trailer storage, for the regular (mundane) campers–everyone EXCEPT the SCA Pennsic goers. Read your letter carefully. It says they will continue the SCA trailer contracts already in place. As long as your storage fees are paid up, you are fine.

They are also updating their database, so do tell them that your info is correct and that you are indeed a SCAdian.

Change of Date – Pennsic 42

In 2013, the Pennsic War will take place from July 19 – August 3. It starts one week earlier than normal, and ends on Saturday, not Sunday.

Pennsic 42 has been rescheduled because Cooper’s Lake Campground was chosen to be the site of the Pyrotechnics Guild International, Inc. annual convention from August 12-16, 2013. PGI is an independent worldwide nonprofit organization of 3,500 amateur and professional fireworks enthusiasts.
